摘要
必然和自由是一对相互矛盾的范畴,它们之间是对立统一的关系。科学地认识和掌握了必然,人类才会有真正的自由。学生身心发展也有她自身内在规律,这种发展规律是受教育者成才的内因影响,是一种必然性。教育作为人发展的外部因素虽然不能改变内因的必然性,但是能影响内因的成形。作为辅导员,我们在育人的过程中,要尊重个体发展的规律性,抓住学生最为普遍的心理需要,帮助他们成长成才。本文提倡辅导员在创新实践的基础上总结升华理论性的成果,并将其应用到新的学生工作实践中去,实现机制的良性循环,从而构建学生工作自由与必然的和谐王国。
Necessity and Freedom is a pair of conflicting context and the relationship between them is a unity of opposites. Real freedom only comes after you understand and grasp the necessity scientifically. However, there' re internal rules when comes to the topic of students' physical and mental development, they is also a necessity which is affected by the internal cause of the college students. Although education can not change these,it does have an influ- ence on the forming of internal cause. We university counselor sholild respect the regularity of individual develop- ment, grasp students' most common psychological needs and help them becoming talents in the process of educating. This article will mainly advocate university counselors to conclude and sublimate the theoretical achievements on the basis of practicing and innovation, implementing it in new students' management affairs and achieving a virtuous circle mechanism, thereby build a harmonious kingdom of freedom and necessity about student management.
