班级是学生成长生活的主要关系体,一个班级的良好人际关系包括师生关系、同学之间的关系、教师与家长的关系等。本论文主要从我国班级人际关系的现状入手,分析了现实班级人际关系存在的主要问题,并在此基础上探讨了如何创建班级良好人际关系。

A class is the major unit for students to live and study. Good personal relation within a class includes the relation between teachers and students, that among students and that between teachers and students＇ parents, etc. The paper, based on the native class personal relation status quo within a class, analyses and deals with the main problems existed in the class relation.
