Reflect on the Resources of Our Local Governments' Legality

随着改革在经济、政治与社会领域的纵深推进,我国地方政府以经济增长为基础的政绩合法性日益显现其不足之处,社会问题凸显,各种危机事件进一步暴露出常态下地方政府的合法性资源之不足。进一步反思当下我国地方政府合法性资源的现状与问题,地方政府怎样发挥其主动性,重塑合法性资源成为重要议题。

With the reforms in depth in the legality increasingly apparent inadequate basing economic, political and social fields, our local governments＇ on economic growth. And social issues are appearing. The various crisis further have exposed that the local governments lack in resources of legality under the normal status. Further reflecting on the current status and problems on legitimacy resources, it has become an important issue how to rebuild the resources initiatively to the local governments.
