我国当前所处的社会发展阶段决定了当前社会管理创新的必然性。在依法治国,建设法治国家的大背景下,社会管理创新的方向是走向法治化,目标是建设法治社会。当前社会管理创新的一切具体举措都应当在法治的框架下进行。
The present social development stage in our nation leads to the necessity of the present social administration innovation. Under the background of the Rule by Law and establishing a legal country, the aim of social administration innovation is to realize legalization and build a legal society. All the measures of social administration innovation should be taken under the framework of the legal administration.
