南通港城互动发展的灰色关联分析

Grey Correlation Analysis of the Interactive Development of Nantong Port and City

运用灰色关联分析法,以1991～2008年为考察期,南通城市和港口体系为研究对象,对南通港城关联互动状况进行定量测度。结果表明,南通港城关联互动发展总体趋于弱化,弱化过程主要在中等关联的基础上进行,尤其是港城规模结构性增长呈现较大的不适应。对此,必须以港口水-水中转为基础,加强水-陆中转,以港城近域腹地为纽带,发挥港口大型化优势,促进港、城区互动,大力发展临港产业。

Taking port-city system of Nantong as the research object,this article measures the correlative and interactive development of Nantong port and city with the study period from 1991 to 2008,using grey correlation analysis method.Results show that the correlative and interactive development of Nantong port and city has declined on the whole,which is mainly on the basis of medium correlation.Meanwhile,the structural growth scale of the Nantong port is not adaptable to that of the city.Therefore,some countermeasures are put forward： strengthening the transfer between land and water on the basis of the transfer between water and water,promoting the interaction of the port,city,region,taking advantage of the near hinterland of port and city,and devoting great efforts to developing port industry with the advantage of large harbor.
