General Secretary Hu Jintao＇s speech on July 1 revealed the essential connection between Communist Party of China and people＇s democracy.Engels Thought of Co-synergy Theory reflects the interactive relations between a variety of factors in the development of history.As two elementary parts of socialism democratic politics,inner-Party democracy and people＇s democracy are different in levels,scales and goals,however the nature of democracy defines that both of them have identical characteristics and fundamental identity.To recognize and deal with the relationship between inner-Party democracy and people＇s democracy correctly is a significant issue confronting us during the development of socialism democratic politics.Therefore,we need to summarize valuable experience in the excellent interaction between them promptly and make research on how to form the Co-synergy Effect of democratic politics in China.
