During social transition era,there are deep and multi-layered factors that affect college students＇ motivation of joining CPC,which results from the poly-affect of social atmosphere,educational environment and ideological as well as political education system.In order to purify their motivation,we have to innovate educational philosophy,system design,teaching methods and education carriers.
