According to current national standards,in combination with the characteristics of mathematical formula,editors should carry out reasonable and standard layout norms regarding mathematic formula in journals on science and technology,which mainly includes： arrangement of formula,option of italics and capitalization of symbols in mathematical formula,formula line-switch,use of punctuations and brackets and so on.
