基于伺服和网络技术的印刷机电子轴控制系统设计和实践

摘要 该文介绍了伺服控制和网络通讯技术在印刷包装设备上的应用。针对由贝加莱的PCC、ACOPOS伺服驱动器和EthernetPOWERLINK实时工业以太网构建的电子轴控制系统,具体分析了该系统的设计思路和应用方案,着重描述了统一型电子轴控制系统的软硬件构成和工作原理,还对凹版印刷机的电子轴控制系统的分类和采用统一型无轴传动控制技术的凹版印刷机的技术特点进行了阐述。 This paper deals with the application of the technologies of servo control and network communication to printing and packaging equipments. In allusion to the electronic-axis control system structured by B&R's PCC, ACOPOS servo drives and Ethernet POWERLINK real-time industrial Ethernet, the author concretely analyzes the train of designing thought and the application scheme of the system with the emphasis on the description of the software and hardware compositions and the operating principle of the integrated electronic-axis control system, and elaborates the classification for electronic-axis control systems of intaglio press and the technical characteristics of intaglio press which adopting integrated shaft-less drive control technology as well.
