摘要
本文介绍了中压变频器在达钢高炉铁前除尘风机中的应用。基于工艺条件和异步电动机变频调速的节能原理,选择了采用HIVERT系列中压变频器的变频调速技术方案来取代原有的调节风门出口挡板开度的方案,以便能平稳地调节除尘风机的风量,满足高炉出铁场工艺周期的要求。通过计算分析和运行参数测试,表明实施该变额节能改造项目后,该设备的平均节电率达到30%以上,获得了显著的经济效益。
This paper introduces the application of the medium voltage frequency converter in the dedusting fan for blast furnace tapping at Dazhou Steel. On the basis of the technological conditions and the energy-saving theory of frequency conversion speed control for asynchronous motor, the technical scheme of frequency conversion speed control by adopting HIVERT series medium voltage frequency converter is selected to substitute the quondam scheme of adjusting the exit baffle opening of the damper, so that the blowing rate of the dedusting fan can be regulated reposefully, thus the demand for the technological period of the blast-furnace casting house is satisfied. Through the computational analysis and the operating parameter testing, it indicates that after implementing the renovation project of frequency conversion energy conservation, the average electricitysaving rate of the equipment has reached more than 30% and the prominent economic benefit has been obtained.
