摘要
目前,某些起重机的起升电机采用闭环矢量控制技术,它具有定位精度高,机械特性较硬,动态响应快,起动力矩大等优点,但这必须安装轴编码器来测量电机的转速。在很多老式门座起重机改造的现场,加装轴编码器困难很大,因而或许无法实现闭环矢量控制。然而英威腾CHV190系列起重提升专用变频器,即便采用开环矢量控制技术也能实现门座起重机的平稳起停与制动,确保良好控制不溜钩。本文介绍了一项CHV190变频器开环矢量控制技术已成功应用于固定式门座起重机改造的实例。
At the present, the closed-loop vector control technology is adopted for the lifted motors of some crane, which is of the advantages of higher positioning accuracy, harder mechanical characteristic, quick dynamic response and bigger start torque, etc., but, the encoder must be installed on the motor shaft to measure its revolving speed. In a lot of sites for reforming the outdated gantry crane, it is very difficult to install the shaft encoder, thus might be unable to implement the closed-loop vector control. However, even though the open loop vector control technology is adopted, INVT's CHV190 series hoisting-specialized frequency converter carl also realize the stable start-stop and braking for the gantry crane to insure a good control eilect and prevent the hook gliding. This paper introduces an example in which the open loop vector control technology of CHV190 frequency converter has suceessfully been applied to the fixed portal crane reforming.
