摘要
本文主要介绍台达工控产品在热网监控系统中的应用。该项目遵循以平台为核心的设计思路,具体为”一个平台,多个分站,整体规划,分步实施”。整个系统通过调度中心平台,统一调度各分站;各分站使用PLC来采集和处理供热工艺数据及机泵运行参数,通过GPRS模块与调度中心交换数据。通过一个系统平台规划调度,对多分站实施分布式控制,以实现该系统的可靠与稳定运行。
This article mainly introduces the application of Delta's industrial control products in heat supply network monitoring system. The project keeps to the design train of thought by taking a platform as the core, i.e. "a platform, multiple substations, inte- grated planning and step-by-step implementation" concretely. The overall system integrally schedules the various substations through the platform of dispatching center; the each substation uses the PLC to acquire and dispose the technologieal data of heat supplying and the operating parameters of pumps, and further communicate with the dispatching center by means of the GPRS modules. The reliable and stable operation of the system is realized by using a system platform for making planning and scheduling to implement distributed control of the mahi-substations.
