摘要
中心价值体系构成了社会组织的中心圈,中心价值最主要的特征就是对权力的态度。当前高校内部管理中出现的教师作用边缘化倾向实质上是大学组织的中心价值观出现了错位。高校的中心价值从对学术权力的尊崇变成了对行政权力的尊崇,现有的制度设计又强化了高校错位的中心价值观,为了获取资源和其他利益,迫使教师群体通过交易让渡学术权力。目前去行政化的关键在于通过重塑中心价值观,改变制度设计以消除教师作用边缘化倾向。
The central value system constitutes the central circle of social organization, and the main feature of the-central value is the attitude towards power. The essence of the marginalization tendency of university academic staff in the internal management is that the core value of university is dis- located. The core value of universities is shifted from revering academic authority to revering executive power, and the existing system design strengthens the misplaced values of university. In order to obtain resources and other benefits, teachers are forced to release academic power through trading. The key of de -administration lies in reshaping the core value and changing system design to eliminate the marginalization tendency of university academic staff.
