摘要
教师之思关乎教育发展。作为本体论的追问,教师之思的本性是教育的经验,它显现于教师的思考和思想中,是过程与结果的统一。教师要去思,一要学习,二要放弃,三要建筑。当前,教师之思的底线是守住宝贵的历史财富和个人财富。
Teachers" thinking relates to the development of education. From the perspective of the ontology, the nature of teachers" thinking is the experience of education which is appeared in teachers" think-ing and thought. There are three things for a teacher to think, the first is to study insistently, the second is to give up some theories of education, and the third is to build his own theory. At present, the most ira-portant thing for the teacher is to keep the precious historical wealth and personal wealth.
