摘要
以T大学研究生就业为案例,实证分析了在学期间参加以就业为导向的社会实践与他们最终就业地区去向之间的关系。实证结果发现,在控制了其他因素之后,毕业生在学期间参与过就业社会实践有助于显著提高其毕业后去东北、中部与西部就业的概率。这表明高校将就业引导工作的范围从毕业生扩展到其他年级甚至新生将有助于缓解毕业生就业结构性的失调。
Using the post-graduates" employment of T University as a case, this paper investigates the relationship between the post-graduates" participation in employment-oriented social practice and theirfinal employment areas empirically. The empirical results show that, after controlling for other factors, students" participation in employment-oriented social practice during the study period will significantly improve the probability of their final choice to work in the northeast, central and western regions after their graduation. This supports the scope of career guidance of the universities extended from graduate studentsto other grades even freshmen will help to alleviate the structural imbalance of graduate employment.
