摘要
JNX43-83型炼焦炉是我国自行设计并已顺利投产,是采用了蓄热室分格和下部调节式的一种新型炼焦炉。本文介绍了该炼焦炉的炉体尺寸、结构特征、热平衡测试结果、耗热量的对比分析,以及分析了节能效益高的若干热工因素。
JNX 43-83 cole oven has been designed ty China and has been put into operation smoothly, it is a newtype coke oven in which cellular recuperator and under-rcgulation type were applied. In this paper the furnace size, structural character, the results of thermal balance test and contrast analysis of its heat consumption have been introduced, and some thermo-technical factors of high energy-saving benefits are disscused.
