摘要
宝钢烧结厂的工序能耗自1987年起一直名列全国烧结厂之首,1988年为62.34kg标煤/t。究其原因,不仅在工艺设备设计上采取了一系列的节能措施,而且在生产上也采取了降低焦粉、电、和焦炉煤气消耗的多项措施。本文以该厂四年来的生产实际具体地介绍了上述两方面节能措施的内容和节能效果,并指出了为赶上世界先进烧结厂的能耗水平而应采取的措施。
Since 1987 the energy- consumption of sintering process in Sintering Works of BGISC have been ranked first in all Chinese Sintering Works,and in 1988 it was 62.3 kg S.F. /t. Many energy-saving measures have been taken not only in the design of process equipment, such measures as lowering powcrtd coke, power and coke oven gas consumption have been taken but also in the production process. Based on the production of sintering works over four years, this paper introduces the energy-saving contents and effects of abovementioned two aspects and points out some measures which should be taken for catching up with the advanced energy consumption level in the world.
