Performance Evaluation about Safeguarding Engineering on Trunk Line Highways in Zhejiang Province

分析浙江省国省道干线公路安保工程绩效形成机理,结合浙江省公路安保工程实际,构建浙江国省道干线公路安保工程绩效综合指标体系;通过层次分析法、模糊综合评价法和加权平均法,制定了浙江省国省道干线公路安保工程绩效评价指标和评分标准。

In this paper,by means of analyzing the mechanisms of the safety safeguarding engineering performance on state and province highway line in Zhejiang Province,combined with the practical situation of the safety safeguarding engineering on highway in Zhejiang Province,the comprehensive index system about the safety safeguarding engineering performance on state and province highway line in Zhejiang Province has been constructed.The evaluating indicators and scale of marks for the safety safeguarding engineering performance on state and province highway line in Zhejiang Province are built by using analytic hierarchy process method,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and weighted averages method.
