An Overview of Engineering Geological Conditions of Lower General Main Canal in the Second Phase of Yao River Diversion Project

通过对引洮供水二期总干渠下段第四系饱水土、黄土及上第三系软岩的分布特征、工程地质特性的分析探讨,提出了在类似地质条件建设水利工程常见的地质问题及工程处理意见,对开发类似水利水电工程具有重要的工程和指导意义。

This paper discusses the distribution and engineering geology of Quaternary saturated soil,loess and Tertiary soft rock encountered in the lower general main canal of the second phase of Yao River Diversion Project,and introduces common geological problems and treatment suggestions in the water conservancy and hydropower project with similar conditions,which will be an example for other projects.
