华南忍冬扦插育苗技术研究

Experiments in Cutting Seedling- raising of Lonicera confusa DC

为掌握华南忍冬扦插育苗技术,取8个月以上枝龄的枝条作穗条,选择不同基质、不同浸泡时间、多种激素不同浓度、不同季节的试验处理,分别对华南忍冬进行扦插育苗试验研究。结果表明在春冬季,以红心土、河沙和椰糠按6∶3∶1的比例均匀混合配置作为扦插基质,采用IBA在500 mg/L浓度时浸泡10s进行华南忍冬扦插育苗效果较理想。

In order to master the technology cutting propagation of Lonicera confusa DC, different cutting seasons ,different substrates ,and hormone treatment methods were used for conducting random block comparis on tests, and the results showed that in spring and winter, select red soil ,sand and coconut husk（6：3：1） as the cutting medium uniformly mixed configuration, the use of IBA in 500 mg/L concentration range ,soaking 10s for Lonicera confusa DC cutting breeding had good results.
