速溶阿胶颗粒的制备工艺研究

STUDY ON PREPARATION OF INSTANT COLLA CORII ASINI GRANULE

以颗粒的润湿性、分散性、堆积密度和溶解性为指标,对速溶阿胶颗粒的制备工艺进行了研究.选用10种乳化剂为辅料制备阿胶颗粒,通过对比、分析各项指标确定了适宜添加的乳化剂种类;将乳化剂以不同比例复配,比较了不同复配比例对阿胶颗粒速溶性指标的影响,确定出最佳复配比例;同时考察了不同复配添加量对阿胶颗粒速溶性的影响.结果表明10种乳化剂都能不同程度的提高阿胶颗粒的润湿性、分散性,降低堆积密度;不同复配比例及复配添加量都能提高阿胶颗粒的速溶性;当吐温20与蒸馏单硬脂酸甘油酯以质量比3∶2复配,复配添加量为2.0%时,制备出的阿胶颗粒速溶性最好.

This paper study a technology of instant Colla Corii Asini granule that based on the particle wettability,dispersibility,bulk density and solubility index.Suring the appropriate added emulsifier though compared and analysised each index when choosing ten kinds of emulsifiers for materials preparation Colla Corii Asini granule;mixture the emulsifiers with different proportion,though compared the effect of different proportion on instant of Colla Corii Asini granule to determined the optimum proportion;at the same time,investigated the effect of different additive amount of compositional emulsifier on instant with E-jiao granule.The rusults showed that ten kinds of emulsifiers can be improve to diffenent extent the wettability,dispersibility and lower bulk density of E-jiao granule;different mixed proportion and addition amount could improve the grain instant;when the propotion of Tween20 and distilled glycerin monostearate was 3∶2 and the additive amount of compositional emulsifier was 2.0%,it could most help to improve the instant of E-jiao granule.
