造纸机压榨脱水增强装置的研究及应用 被引量:1

摘要 借鉴国内外同类装置的技术,设计出了能够快速提高湿纸幅温度并能调节纸幅横向水分定量差的新型压榨脱水增强装置.经验证,该装置可以减少烘干部8%~16%的蒸汽消耗量,大大降低了造纸行业的能源消耗. Using the technology of similar devices,this paper developed the new device to quickly improve the temperature of wet paper web and adjust uneven moisture of cross-direction.It can be proved that the using of this device in press section would make the steam consumption of the dryer section reducing 8%~16%,which greatly reduce the paper industry′s energy consumption and costs.
