考虑碳排放控制的多种运输方式组合优化模型研究 被引量:9

摘要 在国际社会共同努力控制和减少人为温室气体排放的背景下,研究了考虑碳排放控制的多种运输方式组合优化模型.在传统决策目标"运输费用尽量少,运输时间尽量短"的基础上,创新性地把"碳排放尽量少"这一目标纳入运输方式选择多目标规划模型中,并介绍了这一模型的逐步法解法,最后进行了应用示例计算与分析.结果表明模型能很好地达到碳排放控制的要求,对运输方式选择决策中实施碳排放控制策略有一定现实意义. On the background of global effort to control and reduce the carbon emission,the paper analyses the combination optimization model of multiple transportation modes considering the carbon emission control.Based on the traditional decision objectives "low cost and little time",the author adds the objective "low carbon emission" to the multi-objective programming model of transportation mode selection.And the step method to solve the model was introduced as well.Finally,an example was taken to verify the effectiveness of the model and algorithm.The result demonstrates that this model fits the requirement of carbon emission control well and offers a useful tool on carbon emission control during the transportation modes selection.
