With the extension of modernity in Shanghai in the vearly 20th century,owing to the favorable location,modern factors began to appear in Suzhou.There is intimate relationships between Suzhou and Shanghai with the intelligence resources,cultural markets and cultural industries.The foundation of Park Cinema shows the extension of shanghai modernity into its surrounding areas and that Suzhou was influenced by Shanghai modernization.The collapse of it shows the tortuous road by many factors like economics,culture and politics.
