摘要
目的探讨微探头超声内镜(MPS)及射频消融诊断和治疗食管囊肿的价值。方法 86例患者胃镜检查发现食管隆起性病变,行MPS诊断为食管囊肿并行射频消融治疗。结果食管囊肿超声表现为病灶处呈圆形、类圆形无回声区,起源于黏膜下层或黏膜层。食管囊肿患者经射频治疗后食管囊肿囊壁均完全破坏,均未出现出血、穿孔等严重并发症。6月后复查电子胃镜,仅1例患者复发。结论 MPS能准确诊断食管囊肿,射频消融是治疗较小食管囊肿的可行方法。
Objective To investigate the value of miniature probe scanner(MPS) and radio frequency ablation(RFA) in diagnosis and treatment of esophageal cyst.Methods Eighty-six patients with protrusion lesion in esophagus were examined by MPS and diagnosed as esophageal cyst.All patients with esophageal cyst received RFA.Results The ultrasonography of esophageal cyst manifested round or ellipse anechoic area in focus of infection,which was originated from submucosa.After treatment of RFA,the capsule wall of esophageal cyst was destroyed and the patients didn't suffer from severe complications such as bleeding or perforation.Endoscopy after 6 months disclosed that only one patient relapsed.Conclusions MPS is an accurate diagnostic method of esophageal cyst.RFA is a feasible treatment of smaller esophageal cyst.
