Drug delivery model of well-off level township hospitals

目的初步探索小康型乡镇卫生院药品配送模式。方法采用文献分析的方法了解现今乡镇卫生院主要的药品配送模式,通过定性访谈和专家咨询的方法收集有关小康型乡镇卫生院药品配送模式的意见。结果拟定了小康型乡镇卫生院药品配送模式的三种方案以及内部对接模式。结论药品配送中心的选择是药品配送模式是否成功的重要环节;政府部门的参与是保证药品品质的关键;内部对接模式的运行是保证药品供应的基础。

Objective To make tentative instigation of drug delivery model in well-off level township hospitals.Methods We used literature analysis to investigate the current major model of drug delivery and collected advices for delivery model of drugs in well-off level rural hospitals through qualitative interviews and expert consultation.Results We developed three drug delivery schemes and correlated drug reception models for well-off level rural hospitals.Conclusions The selection of drug delivery institutions is important for the success of drug delivery.
