Research on Measures to Enhance the Attraction of Vocational Education——Based on the Experience of Foreign Vocational Education Development

为了促进职业教育发展,一些职业教育发达国家采取许多行之有效的措施,主要是:实施具有"自我强化"功能的政策;实施消除利益分割的"转换"制度;实施具有"适应性"的职业教育管理。这些政策措施对我国的职业教育发展具有一定的借鉴作用。

To promote the development of vocational education, some countries with developed vocational education adopt many effective measures including： implementing policy of ＂self- reinforcing＂ function, carrying out ＂conversion＂ system of eliminating separation of interests and putting management of ＂adjustment＂ vocational education into practice. The measures serves as a reference for the development of Chinese vocational education.
