论职业教育视野下的企业文化判断及学生教育

Discussion on Estimation of Enterprise Culture and Student Instruction from the Perspective of Vocational Education

职业教育要从培养学生的能力和素质的角度去研究企业文化,要将对企业文化的判断和学习融入到学生教育过程中,这是现阶段职业教育领域对我国企业文化状况的一种科学冷静的态度,也是对学生进行成才教育及职业规划教育必须要做的功课。对企业文化进行判断要把握两个重点,即核心价值观和制度文化。

Vocational education should study the enterprise culture on the basis of student cultivation, integrate the enterprise culture and learning into student education. This is a scientific and calm attitude towards our Chinese enterprise cultural conditons in the fields of current vocatioal education, is important for students＇ cultivation and occupational planning education as well as the students＇ sustainable development. The estimation of enterprise culture mainly finds expression in two aspects that is ： core value and institutional culture.
