摘要
文章对捆带企业发展中涉及到的人才问题如人才的需求、引进、培养、使用、考核和流动等方面进行了简要的探讨,指出捆带企业应搞好人才工作,最大限度发挥人才的作用。
This paper briefly discusses the talent issues in the development of strapping steel enterprises such as talent demand, introduction, cultivation, employment, examination and flow. Then it points out that strapping steel enterprises should make a good job of the talent task and maximize the function of the talented.
