摘要
利用超声法提取石榴皮中的石榴多酚,考察了乙醇体积分数、石榴皮粒径、提取时间、提取温度、料液比等因素对提取率的影响。通过单因素实验和正交实验确定石榴皮多酚的最佳提取条件为:用40%乙醇提取,石榴皮粒径为40目,提取时间为50min,提取温度为30℃,料液比为1∶15(g∶mL)。在该条件下石榴皮多酚的平均提取率为16.44%。与传统的回流提取法比较,该法耗时短、提取效率高。
Polyphenols was extracted from pomegranate husk by ultrasonic extraction method.The influences of alcohol volume fraction,particle size of pomegranate husk,extraction time,extraction temperature and ratio of material to solvent on extraction rate were investigated.The optimum extraction conditions were obtained through single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment as follows:alcohol volume fraction of 40%,pomegranate husk of 40 mesh,extraction time of 50 min,extraction temperature of 30 ℃,ratio of material to solvent of 1∶15(g∶mL).Under above conditions,the average extraction rate was 16.44%.Compared with traditional refluxing extraction method,ultrasonic extraction method cost shorter time and less enery with higher extraction efficiency.
