摘要
采用HPLC法测定三氟柳的含量及有关物质。色谱柱为Kromasil C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为0.3%磷酸水溶液-乙腈-四氢呋喃(60∶30∶10),流速1.0mL.min-1,检测波长278nm。结果表明,三氟柳与各杂质及降解产物分离良好,在0.081~0.81mg.mL-1范围内,峰面积与浓度呈良好的线性关系(R=0.9992),平均回收率为98.25%,RSD为1.11%,最低检测限为1.62ng。该方法操作简便、灵敏、准确度高,可用于三氟柳的质量控制。
A HPLC method for determination of content of triflusal and its related substances was established.The analysis was performed on Kromasil C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) with detective wavelength at 278 nm.The mobile phase consisted of a mixture of 0.3% phosphoric acid-acetonitrile-tetrahydrofuran(60∶30∶10) with the flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1.Results showed that,triflusal was separated with the impurities and its degradation substances efficiently.The linearity of the triflusal curve was well correlated(R=0.9992) within the range of 0.081~0.81 mg·mL-1;the average recovery was 98.25% with RSD of 1.11%,The limit of detection was 1.62 ng.The method was proved to be simple,sensitive and accurate,which could be applied to quality control of triflusal.
