摘要
采用新的注后打水、调运和脱模工艺,使入炉钢锭的热焓量满足或超过开坯轧制的需要,改传统钢锭分散装炉为密集堆垛式装炉,改传统大燃料加热钢锭为少量燃料绝热均热钢锭,构成了钢锭微能均热轧制新工艺。本文介绍了该工艺的理论基础、试验方案、试验情况与分析,以及经鞍钢三年来2万t钢锭试验和130万t钢锭推广应用所获得的效益。
With sprinkling water on steel mould after teeming, transporation and drawing, making the heat content of ingoing steel ingots meet or go beyond the demand of blooming, changing the traditional ingot decentralized loading as concentrated stack loading, changing the traditional heating ingot fired a quantity of fuel as soaking the ingot fired a little fuel in a heat insulation condition, a new technology of ingot microenergy soaking rolling is formed. this paper introduces the theoretical basis, test plan, test conditions and analyses, and the three-year test production of 20,000 tons ingot, and the economic benefits for popularizing and applying this technology to 1.3 million ingot in AISC.
