高校电教音像资料管理的探讨

Discussion on Electronic Management of College Teaching Audiovisual Materials

计算机多媒体技术的飞速发展以及电教应用领域的扩大使得电教音像资料在承载介质、资源规模量等方面发生了巨大变化,传统的高校电教音像资料管理已经难以满足需要。论文在深入分析高校电教音像资料特点、管理现状及问题基础上,分别从实现电教音像资料共享、完善电教音像资料管理制度、优化电教音像资料管理流程以及提升系统支撑能力等方面进行了探讨。

With the fast development of computer multimedia technology and the expanding of electronic-teaching application fields, great changes have taken place such as carrying media and resource amount of electronic-teaching audiovisual materials. The tradi- tional electronic-teaching audiovisual materials management method can not meet with the management requirements. The paper analyzes features of electronic-teaching audiovisual materials, current condition and existing main problems of electronic-teaching audiovisual ma- terials management. Based on the above analysis, data sharing of electronic-teaching audiovisual materials, management system optimiza- tion and processes and improvement of supporting ability are demonstrated in detail.
