当前,国内关于社会管理的理论和实践探讨无论从管理理念、管理内容还是管理模式上都有着转变的迹象。立足于转型期的社会背景,从社会管理创新的转向逻辑——立足点转向、理念转向、手段转向、关系转向、目标转向等方面为创新突破口,拓展学界研究视角,厘清社会管理创新的必然性逻辑及路径。

At present, the discussions of social management, both in the theory and practice, have seen signs of transformation, as regards to the philosophy, contents and models of the management. The study of the social background in the period of transformation, from the logics of social management innovation - in the foothold, ideology, means, and relations and goals, not only expands the horizon of the academic research, but also defines the necessity, logics and paths of innovation in social management
