摘要
为研究四面火灾作用下方钢管钢骨混凝土柱的抗火性能,在合理确定了混凝土和钢材热工参数的基础上,运用有限元软件ABAQUS建立了四面火灾方钢管混凝土的计算模型,并与以往试验结果进行对比,理论分析结果与试验结果吻合良好。在此基础上建立四面火灾作用下方钢管钢骨混凝土柱的截面温度场计算模型,在常用工程范围内,分析了升温时间、含钢率、截面边长、保护层有无及类型的影响规律。分析结果表明,升温时间、截面边长、保护层是影响四面火灾作用下方钢管钢骨混凝土柱截面温度场的主要参数。
To study the fire resistance behavior of square tube filled with steel reinforced concrete with square cross section under four-side fire,based on reasonable determination thermal parameters about concrete and steel,the computational model of cross-sectional temperature distribution of concrete-filled square steel tube with rectangular cross-sections in exposure to four-side fire is established with the finite element analysis software ABAQUS,and the comparison shows that the theoretical analysis results are in good agreement with test results.Based on this,square tube filled with steel-reinforced concrete column in exposure to four-side fire is established,Within the range of engineering application,effect of parameters including exposure time,steel ratio,width of the cross section,type and thickness of fire-proof coating on cross-sectional temperature distribution is analyzed.The results shows exposure time,steel ratio,width of the cross section,type and thickness of fire-proof coating have much effect on the cross-sectional temperature distribution of square tube filled with steel-reinforced concrete.
