收入差距对农村居民个体健康影响的异质性分析

Heterogeneity Analysis of the Income Gap and Individual Health of the Rural Residents

利用2006年中国营养与健康调查数据,以18岁及以上的农村居民为研究对象,通过建立多层Logistic回归模型,运用残差虚拟似然法(RSPL)来分析农村收入差距对农村居民个体健康异质性的影响。结果表明:(1)收入差距在一定程度上能够解释不同县的农村居民个体健康的异质性以及农村居民家庭人均收入和年龄对其健康的效应的异质性。(2)对于低收入水平的农村居民,收入差距的扩大会减弱收入对其健康的正效应;对于中年农村居民,收入差距的扩大会加剧年龄对其健康的负效应。

With data collected by national nutrition sampling survey in 2006 and rural individuals aged above 18 as the research objects,RSPL were applied to analyze the heterogeneity of the income gap and individual health of the rural residents by establishing multi-layer logistic regression model.Empirical evidence demonstrated that：（1） Income gap could,to some extent,explain heterogeneity exists between individual health of residents from different counties and heterogeneity of the effect of per capita income of rural households and age on health.（2） For low-income rural residents,widening the income gap will weaken the positive effect of income on health;for middle-aged rural residents,widening the gap will strengthen the negative effect of age on health.
