农地流转农户协商定价机制的经济学分析

An Economic Analysis of the Farmer Negotiate Pricing Mechanism of Rural Land Circulation

文章在农地使用权物权化流转的基础上,构建了一个农地流转供求模型,从经济学的视角分析了农地流转农户协商定价的市场机制。研究发现:(1)在既定的影响因素下,转入方的市场势力将会导致流转交易价格和交易量下降,进而影响农地流转效率。(2)在既定的农地流转影响因素不变时,不管转入方是处于完全竞争市场还是垄断市场,外生影响因素对流转交易均衡价格和交易量的影响方向都是一样的,最后为农地流转市场的相关政府管理部门提出了政策建议。

This paper is based on the use right circulation of farmland as right in rem;a supply and demand model is built to analyz the farmers pricing mechanism in consultation.The results showed that：（1） By the established influencing factors,the transferee market forces will result in farmland circulation market price and volume down,further influence of farmland circulation efficiency.（2） With the farmland exchanging influencing factors fixed,no matter how the transferee is in a fully competitive market or monopoly market,exogenous factors on equilibrium price and volume flow trade influence direction are the same.Finally some relevant policy suggestions are put forward.It has important guiding meaning on the constructing and planning for farmers in rural land circulation market and scale operation in the future.
