全员创新环境五要素对企业创新绩效影响——以成都电子信息企业为例 被引量:5

摘要 全员创新能力是决定企业发展水平和企业可持续发展的基础,在现代经济增长中作用越来越大。本文在全员创新文献基础上提取了全员创新环境中五个因素分别是战略、组织、文化、技术、制度,研究这五个因素对电子信息企业创新绩效的影响。以成都市电子信息企业为研究对象通过分析相关变量和所收集的数据:首先,对收集的数据进行信度检验;然后就选取的变量做主成分及因子分析,提取因子,最后,由统计分析结果,得出创新环境中的制度、技术、文化、战略、组织对电子信息企业创新绩效有较大影响。以此结论对电子信息企业提出有针对性的建议。 Innovating ability is decided to enterprise development level and the sustainable development of enterprise which become more and more important in the modem economic growth. In this paper based on literature innovating the innovating of environmental factors are five strategy, organization, culture, technology and system, studies the five factors affect the performance of enterprise innovation. Data collection and analysis of relevant variables; to collect data and reliability test, to make the variable factor analysis, extracting principal components. Through the analysis of results, we find the system innovation environment that the biggest influence on enterprise innovation performance. While the organization of enterprise innovation environment minimal impact on performance. According to the conclusion of the proposed targeted for enterprise suggestion.
