摘要
对包装设计专业人才情商培养的重要性和现状作了客观分析,指明了包装设计专业人才的情商培养目标,即要培养与现代包装设计相适应的人本精神、创新精神、奉献精神、合作精神以及平等精神和宽容心态。
An objective analysis on the importance and status quo to EQ of the packaging design professionals is made.The EQ target of the packaging design professionals is indicated, that is, to train with modern packaging design of human spirit, innovation, dedication, spirit of cooperation, spirit of equality and tolerant attitude.
