工业设计专业实施思想导师制的实践

Practice on Carrying Out Thought Tutor System in Industrial Design Major

株洲职业技术学院工业设计系遵循新时期大学生思想政治教育规律,构建了大学生思想导师制,在思想导师的选拔上遵循优秀性原则,思想导师在工作上遵循个性化原则和实效性原则。思想导师制的内容主要表现为思想引导、学习辅导、心理疏导、生活指导、成长向导。思想导师制的实施提升了学生的思想道德素质,减少了学生的流失,形成了全员育人的良好局面。

The Industrial Design Department in Zhuzhou Professional Technology College has established the ＂Thought Tutor System＂ with college students according to the thought and politics education rules for college students in the new periods. Excellency principle is followed when selecting thought tutors. Thought tutors follow individualization principle and effectiveness in their work. The main idea of the thought tutor represents education environment, study guidance, psychological counseling, life coach and growth conduct. The practice of the thought tutor has improved the students＇ ideological and moral education quality, reduced the school dropout rate of the students and formed a good situation in the whole department.
