摘要 在对短纤维增强橡胶基密封复合材料横向拉伸受力分析的基础上,建立了材料横向拉伸强度的预测模型,讨论了材料横向拉伸强度随纤维长径比、体积含量以及温度变化的规律。结果表明:模型预测的横向拉伸强度与试验结果基本一致;材料横向拉伸强度与材料各组分的力学性能参数、细观结构参数以及温度有关,其随短纤维平均长径比和体积分数的增加而增加,随着温度的升高而减小。 Based on the force analysis of short-fiber-reinforced rubber sealing composites subjected to the transversal tension,a model for predicting the transversal tensile strength of theses kinds of composites has been developed.The influence of the fiber aspect radio,fiber volume fraction and temperature on the transversal tensile strength was also investigated.The results indicated that the transversal tensile strengths predicted by the presented model are in good agreement with experimental data.The transversal tensile strength is largely related to some microstructural parameters and mechanic performances of the main components of the composites as well as the temperature.The transversal tensile strength increases with the increase of the average fiber aspect radio and fiber volume fraction,and decreases with the increasing of temperature.
