摘要
以多孔沸石为载体和拟薄水铝石溶胶为原料制备了载铝多孔沸石吸附剂,根据不同工艺条件下制备样品的除砷效果,优化了制备工艺参数;并通过XRD和SEM对吸附剂进行了表征分析;研究了pH值、时间和阴离子对除砷效果的影响,以及吸附剂对砷的等温吸附方程和吸附动力学方程。结果表明:吸附剂350℃烧结,5 h保温,载铝层负载2次为最优工艺参数,该条件下样品砷去除率可达98%。综合XRD、SEM表征分析,在此烧结条件下载铝层主要成分为一水软铝石。对砷吸附的等温吸附数据进行拟合,发现符合Langmiur方程,随时间的变化规律符合Elovich方程。该吸附剂在pH值为5.5-6.5范围内时吸附性能较佳,而SO42-,PO43-对吸附砷影响明显。
An effective adsorbent for simultaneous arsenate removal has been prepared by loading pseudoboehmite on porous zeolite.Optimization of process parameter was obtained based on the removal effect of the samples.X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy were employed to characterize the adsorbent.The adsorption isotherm,kinetics,effect of pH,temperature,time,and co-exist anions were also investigated in the study.The results showed that the optimal parameters were sintering temperature 350 ℃,holding time 5 hous,loads 2 times.And the removal rate can be reached 87% under the optimal conditions.The composition of the loaded layer was boehmite through XRD and SEM characterization.The adsorption data fits by Langmuir isotherm model and the adsorb velocity could be predicted well by applying Elovich equation.The absorption performance of the absorbent is better when pH is within a range of 5.5-6.5 and SO42-,PO43-can markedly decrease arsenite adsorption.
