摘要 论述静态、动态的逻辑概念。阐明系统运行中的无功变化和无功补偿是一个整体的动态过程。认为由低压并联电容器组成的无功补偿装置用静态补偿和动态补偿的分类术语定义是不恰当的,2008年新的低压无功功率补偿装置标准已不用老标准中这样的称谓。但现在一些地方仍然这样叫法、4个有关低压无功功率补偿的、不同的标准也都有效、同时存在,呼吁标准主管部门高度重视,规范标准术语的使用。 Static and dynamic logic concept is discussed,it is expounded that reactive power change and eompensationin in the electrical system are considered as a whole dynamic process, and that the definition of terms for low-voltage reactive power compenstion assemblies formed by capacitor banks, static reactive power compensatian and dynamic compensation reactive power is inappropriate. Those old terms are not used in the new standards issued in 2008. Unfortunately, those terms are still used somewhere and four different standards concerning low voltage reactive power compensation still ex- ists. The responsible authority of the standard is requested to pay attention to this and to specify the correct use of standard terms.
