摘要
基于"冰山模型"的理论框架,通过访谈法建立高校辅导员胜任力模型,即知识、技能、社会角色、自我概念、人格特质、动机6个维度及20项胜任力特征,包括以辅导员职业动机为核心的师德培育体系、以辅导员职业忠诚为核心的价值观培育体系、以大学生成人成才为核心的技能培育体系和以辅导员职业范畴为核心的知识培育体系。
Based on the theoretical frame of the Iceberg Model, this paper proposes to build through interviews college advisors' competency model which contains six dimensions, i.e. knowledge, skill, social role, self--concept, personality trait and 20 competency characteristics. What needs to he done is to build systems for cultivating advisors' professional ethics centered on motivation, their values centered on loyalty, their skills centered on the growth of college students and their expertise centered on occupational scope.
