诊断兼治疗的多功能肿瘤靶向纳米递释系统

摘要 肿瘤靶向纳米递释系统可特异性转运抗肿瘤药物至肿瘤部位发挥疗效,已成为国内外研究热点。兼具诊断与治疗的多功能肿瘤靶向纳米递释系统是近年来出现的一类新型纳米递释系统,可同时实现分子诊断试剂、抗肿瘤药物的肿瘤靶向递释,同步进行对肿瘤的诊断与治疗。本文综述了纳米递释系统的肿瘤靶向机制,以及诊断与治疗双功能系统的构建。 Tumor-targeted nanoscale delivery systems could efficiently and specially deliver antitumor medicines to the tumor regions.The delivery systems carrying tumor imaging agents and antitumor medicines have emerged as a kind of novel nanoscale delivery systems in recent years.These platforms could simultaneously deliver diagnosis agents and therapeutic drugs to specially target to tumor for the combination of diagnosis and therapy.The review focuses on the tumor targeting mechanism of multifunctional nanoscale delivery systems and how the diagnostic and therapeutic functions to achieve.
