摘要
在抽样调查和走访座谈的基础上,从性别和学历两个视角比较目前大学生科技创新能力"G因素"的现状,并从社会、高校和学生三个层面透视大学生科技创新能力"G因素"现状,提出从"加强创新精神、改革传统教育、改善创新环境、强化心理引导"几个方面培养和提高大学生科技创新能力的对策建议。
Based on surveys and interviews, this paper studies the present situation of G factor (psychological qualities such as motivation, purpose, willpower, environment identity role recognition) in college students ' scientific and technological innovation from the angles of gender and educational background. It examines the causes for the situation from the three levels of society, university and student and then suggests enhancing college students' innovative ability through intensified education of innovative spirit, reformed education method, improved environment for innovation and reinforced psychological guidance.
