基于高校类型差异的辅导员专业发展现状调查 被引量:2

摘要 对上海12所四种类型高校辅导员调查表明,辅导员的年龄、学历与专业结构仍然不尽合理,职业认同感和归属感仍然较低:30岁以下的辅导员比例教学型高校最高达81.6%,高职院校最低为71%;本科以下学历的比例高职院校最高达61.3%,最低为教学型高校为7.9%;非思政等相关专业背景的辅导员比例教学研究型高校最高达60.7%,高职院校最低为35.5%。 Surveys of advisors conducted in 12 colleges and universities of 4 different types in Shanghai reveal that the age, educational background and professional structures of the group are still less than rational and they in general lack the sense of professional identity and belonging. The percentage of advisors 30 years old or below is the highest in learning- oriented universities, accounting for 81.6 %, and the lowest in vocational colleges, accounting for 71%, whereas the percentage of advisors with no more than undergraduate education is the highest in vocational colleges and the lowest in learning - o-riented universities, accounting for 61.3% and 7.9% respectively. Learning--and research- oriented universities have the most advisors with educational background in majors other than ideology and po-litical science, up to 60.7% while the vocational college have the least, 35.5%.
