降酶汤肝病治疗仪配合治疗慢性乙型肝炎的研究

Research of Jiangmei soup with liver enzymes instrument for the treatment of chronic hepatitis B

目的:观察降酶汤、肝病治疗仪治疗慢性乙型肝炎的疗效。方法:将202例患者随机分为两组,对照组给予常规药物治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上加用降酶汤和肝病治疗仪肝区照射,观察治疗前后患者临床症状、肝功能指标水平的变化。结果:观察组患者ALT、AST指标显著降低,TBiL指标降低,ALB升高,临床症状明显好转。结论:降酶汤、肝病治疗仪配合治疗慢性乙型肝炎能够较快改善临床症状、恢复肝功能,促进肝病的康复。

Objective： To observe the effect of Jiangmei soup and chronic hepatits therapy instrument on Hepatits B. Methods： Randomly divided 202 patients into two groups. The control group would be treated with conventional drug therapy. Based on the conventional drug therapy, observation group would add oral Jiangmei soup and liver disease therapy instrument′s irradiation. Observed patients′ clinical symptoms before and after treatment. Any changed in the level of liver function would also be observed. Results： The ALT, AST of Patients in observation group had reduced significantly, the TBiL of patients in observation group had reduced, but the ALB had increased, which resulted in significant improvement in clinical symptoms. Conclusion： The combined treatment of Jiangmei soup and liver disease therapy instrument can effectively improve the clinical symptoms, recover the liver function and promote the rehabilitation of liver disease.
