参芪扶正注射液联合FOLFOX4方案化疗治疗晚期胃癌的疗效观察

Efficacy observation of Shenqi Fuzheng injection combined with FOLFOX4 chemotherapy in treatment of advanced gastric cancer

目的:观察FOLFOX4方案单独化疗及参芪扶正注射液联合FOLFOX4方案化疗治疗晚期胃癌的疗效及不良反应。方法:将80例晚期胃癌患者,随机分为对照组和观察组各40例。观察组给予参芪扶正注射液联合FOLFOX4方案化疗,对照组给予FOLFOX4方案化疗。结果:观察组有效率为60%,与对照组有效率55%比较,差异无统计学意(P>0.05);而不良反应两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用参芪扶正注射液联合FOLFOX4方案化疗治疗晚期胃癌,可减轻化疗的不良反应,改善患者的生活质量。

Objective： To observe the efficacy and toxicity between chemotherapy of FOLFOX4 and Shenqi Fuzheng injection combined with FOLFOX4 chemotherapy to treat patients with advanced gastric cancer. Methods： Eighty patients were randomly divided into two groups, control group and observation group, forty patients in each group. The control group was treated with FOLFOX4 only, and observation group was treated by combining Shenqi Fuzheng injection and FOLFOX4. Results： The total effect of observation group was sixty percent, compared with the control group＇s fifty-five percent, the difference was not significant （P0.05）. While the side-effects between the two groups had significant difference （P0.05）. Conclusion： Shenqi Fuzheng injection combined with FOLFOX4 in treatment of advanced gastric cancer is more effective and has lower side-effects, it can improve the life quality of the patients.
