100例急性阑尾炎的超声诊断价值探讨

Diagnostic value of ultrasound for 100 patients with acute appendicitis

目的：探讨腹部B超检查诊断急性阑尾炎的临床应用价值,旨在为临床治疗提供进一步的指导依据。方法：将本院2009年12月~2010年12月术前曾行超声检查并经手术和病理证实的急性阑尾炎患者的B超声像图进行回顾性总结分析。结果：本组100例术前曾行超声检查并经手术和病理证实的急性阑尾炎患者,其中急性化脓性阑尾炎56例,急性单纯性阑尾炎28例,急性坏疽性阑尾炎12例,阑尾周围脓肿4例。结论：B超检查诊断急性阑尾炎具有无创伤性,操作简便,结合病史对绝大多数病例可做出正确诊断。

Objective： To investigate the B-ultrasound diagnosis value for the acute appendicitis. Methods： Retrospective analyzed the B-ultrasound examination before surgery and confirmed by pathology in patients with acute appendicitis in our hospital from December 2009 to December 2010. Results： 100 patients underwent ultrasound examination before surgery and confirmed by pathology in patients with acute appendicitis, of which 56 cases of acute suppurative appendicitis, 28 cases of acute simple appendicitis, 12 cases of acute gangrenous appendicitis, appendiceal abscess in 4 cases. Conclusion： B ultrasound diagnosis of acute appendicitis with a non-invasive, simple, with a history of the vast majority of cases can make the correct diagnosis.
